From its inception, Bayshore has applied mass manufacturing techniques to fabrication of construction components. Raw materials handling, casting beds, storage space, and loading facilities are laid out along efficient flow lines assuring economical use of manpower and equipment. All concrete products are steam cured to accelerate concrete set and permit maximum reuse of forms. Permanent steel forms are used for production of all standard products. Steel forms are also generally used for custom products. Bayshore’s Batch Plant potential output of well over 200 cubic yards per hour provides a reserve capacity for unusually large pours. |
