Tidewater Skanska has been awarded Virginia Department of Transportation’s first-ever design-build transportation contract.  The contract is valued at (USD 21 M).

The project features a diamond interchange providing access from Rte. 164 to a new marine shipping terminal.  Also included in the project are (2) overpass bridges on Rte 164.

Tidewater is providing design-build coordination, quality-control services, and subcontract management.
