Brief Overview

The new upscale full service hotel has 286 guest rooms on eleven stories. In addition to the 286 guest rooms, hotel amenities include four meeting rooms, which also opens to one large 2,800 meeting/conference area, a ballroom, a full-service kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool, sauna, exercise room, and sundries. The penthouse on the eleventh floor will house a concierge lounge with a bar for all guests.  Three passenger elevators and one service elevator are included.

The exterior of the hotel is consistent with the style of other Marriott Hotels.  The super-structure tower is made of reinforced concrete post-tensioned slab.  Floor to floor heights are nine feet throughout the hotel, with the exception of the first floor lobby, conference and ballroom areas which have 16 foot vaulted ceilings.
