The Junttan range of piling rigs includes suitable base machines and rotary drill heads for a variety of drilling operations such as when making full displacement piles (screw piles), large diameter bored piles, CFA piles or deep stabilization columns.  These particular rigs are the Lime Cement Column Machines.

Specific products include the Junttan DS 25 deep stabilization rig mounted on a Junttan JC 20 crawler carrier, for deep stabilization work.  The picture above demonstrates the mobility of the carrier crawler in the background, which holds the lime cement for injection into the ground through the drill bit.
